Slave Nodes Equations Editor
Application Platform Description > Application Layout > Slave Nodes Equations Editor

The slave node equations can be used for definitions of rigid body motions and slave nodes. This is very helpful when the mode shapes are animated. Even though the measurements
are only available in few nodes of the geometry the equations can be used to make the complete geometry move.

The slave node equations can be entered directly into the project using the Slave Node Equations editor, shown below, that can be started from the toolbar button in the Geometry window, or they can be loaded together with the rest of the project using the SVS Configuration File, see here to have a detailed explanation of the possibilities concerning the definition of Slave Node Equations.

When you enter the slave nodes into the editor below press the OK button to apply the equations to the mode shapes and operating deflection shapes of the project.
